The Team
Mark is backed up by a carefully constructed team of people. An excellent
administration team, manage the day to day running of the office, horses'
entries, declarations, and travel arrangements. Stable staff look after the
horses, feed them regularly (this includes night feeding) and exercise them
on Middleham's gallops. Mark and his wife Deirdre, plan entries for horses,
attend races and keep a controlling hand in what happens to individual horses
on an everyday basis.

Constant attention
The Company also sees to it that the horses they train get the best possible
feed and veterinary care possible. Mark is himself a qualified vet who specialised
in horses and we employ two "in-house" vets to ensure that the horses
receive constant attention. The horses also benefit from the most up to date
facilities which have been built up around this training centre.

Ideally suited training facilities
The extensive training facilities are based in Middleham in the Yorkshire
Dales, set amongst some of the most beautiful scenery in England. Up on the
moors above Middleham there are extensive grass gallops, seven furlongs, 3
furlongs and one and a half miles of all weather gallops. The location is
ideally suited for the training of thoroughbred racehorses.
